Great Brunch menu options. The Congaree chicken salad is fantastic too. So many delicious and interesting options to choose from.

I was disappointed that my bill was MUCH higher than anticipated, with the extra sides seeming excessively expensive (eg small cup of fruit for $3.50) compared to how it was represented on the menu. But otherwise, very enjoyable and we'll be back.

Great food, friendly service. You really have to watch your check here, though. We've had drinks forgotten that still showed up on the bill. They also run specials that are posted on the wall (buy one, get one 1/2 off) but don't give you the special unless you explicitly ask for it.

Makes for a somewhat awkward experience. I wish they would apply the specials without having to ask. Seems slightly shady, to me anyway.

I guess I can start my review with one word..."Meh". If you aren't familiar with that term it means average or I've had better or something is missing...

I really wanted to give this place 4 stars but the lack of food selection for a brunch and the quality of the pancakes won't allow me to do so. Looking at the menu there aren't too many options to choose from and for a Brunch. I just ordered a simple breakfast plate (bacon eggs and pancakes). The eggs and bacon tasted great, and they even had LEGIT hot sauce..and NO I'm not talking about Tabasco sauce *face palm emoji* Asfor my pancakes...those had to be some of the worst pancakes I have ever eaten. Like the pancake tasted like cardboard..no really..the actual cardboard from boxes. Syrup couldn't even bring the good taste out and the texture was too fluffy where when you attempt to pick them up after pouring syrup on it..it crumbles. Maybe it was just a bad batch. Yea..I'll go with that for now.

The service was excellent as I would expect it to be so since this is a southern establishment. I might have to come back and give this place another try because it wasn't the best of first impressions.

We visited the Lexington, SC location which was very close to main street. We found them on Facebook and we wanted to give them a try...since we noticed that they had mixed reviews. They have a HUGE dirt parking lot behind the building itself, and accommodate small and large vehicles. Upon entering we was greeted by a friendly and courteous young man. Than we was shown to our table by our waitress, who also was very courtesy. The restaurant appears to be an old house that has now been renovated into an restaurant. They do have a small bar and outdoor seating area which was nice. We decided to dine indoors because it was extremely hot and humid on the day we visited.

Overall, our food came out fast and was well seasoned and very tasteful. The wings that we had for our appetizers was very good...would order them again. Our main dishes was just okay....not as memorable as our appetizer was. They did have an excellent happy hour special and they do honor a military discount. I'm sure that we will be back in the near future....because and business that values my military service...will continue to get my business.

Note: The restaurant management should not allow a waitress to wear a tongue piercing while they're at work....very unprofessional and unclean when you're given your food order, and your staring at a object in their mouth (tongue piercing).

I will visit them again and would recommend them to friends and family members.

Great location, close to home, not on the main strip, so a little harder to find. They restored a old house, which I love every bit of it, the floors are original, nice bar and out side seating area. I asked they wait staff the history of the house and of course they didn't know. Personally I would give my employees some tips of anyone should ask. Café was clean and the staff trained well on professionalism. Enjoy Happy Hr!

The food was Ok, maybe it was my choice that day, I will try again. The fish had no flavor, seafood macaroni was saturated with to much butter, the wings were seasoned well.

I will give them another try for sure, supporting local businesses is a must! Loved the setting and décor. Lots of easy free parking, check out the other location in Columbia.
